RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns on any unworn, unaltered, unwashed goods purchased through a 'party' or online for a refund or exchange.

How do I return an item?

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. You will receive a refund for the price of the item minus $ 5 unless the return was a result of our error.
  • Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense.
  • Items received more than 31 days after the purchase date may not be returned.
  • If the amount of your order qualify you for a free product and a return makes the order go below the stated amount you will have to return the free item as well or the cost of the free item will be deducted from the return.
  • Claims for shortage or damaged goods should be made within 3 days of receipt of delivery.
  • It takes up to 10 days to process the return and credit your account. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
  • No returns will be accepted after 31 days.
  • Final Sales Items: All personalized merchandise, undergarments,   and Clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How do I track my order?

We will send you a tracking #  via text as soon as your order has been shipped. All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail.

 

What is your exchange policy?

  • Items can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
  • Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense unless the return was a result of our error.
  • Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange the product. No additional shipping fee will be charged the first time. If more than one exchange is made on the same order a shipping fee will be charged.
  • No exchange will be accepted after 31 days.

How do I send return/exchange to you?

  • Please TEXT US at 48-234-9121 to obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number). You will receive a text with the number and the address where to send the return/exchange
  • Complete the Return and Exchange Form and write down your RMA# clearly on the upper right corner of the form.
  • NO returns or exchanges will be processed without an RMA#.
  • Fill the Return and Exchange Form completely and include this with your items(s).
  • Package your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
  • Mail your return via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class with delivery confirmation number.
  • All returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid and have a proof of shipment since we are not responsible for loss item(s)
