Our story

Our journey began with a simple yet powerful vision - to redefine the way women experience fashion.

Everything started when I as little and was introduced to a sewing machine, for hours I used to play with my dolls and make clothes for them, later for my sisters, friends and even myself. Right there is where my love for fashion, style and beauty was born.

Fifteen years later after many frustrating trips to the mall and not being able to find pieces that would let me wear the things I love, I felt it was time to do something! I liked the styles in the industry but I felt limited because of the way the fashion world was moving towards more revealing clothing. Everything was too short, too low, too little, and since my motto has always been that elegance is subtle and modest, I decided to use my talents to be part of the solution, this is when Mia Bellina Clothing was born. It took years of personal dedication to study what I could bring to the fashion world. I wanted my contribution to give women the changed to wear wherever they wanted and still be able to move with comfort and show only what they wanted.
Creating our products was a long and intimidating process. I talked to hundreds of women about how each design would be used and what benefit it will provide. Deciding on the kind of fabric or thickness of each material was a challenge because I wanted the raw material to feel like a second skin, without being noticeable to the user. Today, once my team and I are ready to cut a pattern, we guide the process from start to finish. We imagine our clients wearing it. We test every product until we feel it is totally satisfactory and useful in every way. I own every one of the pieces I sell because this is the only way I can sincerely suggest it to you.
After years of practice, I found products that gently cover and offer great comfort making them a great addition to the fashion industry today. More than anything my products represent to me a conviction and help strengthen my idea that suggesting rather than showing yields the most elegant results.
